15 Photos That Will Inspire You To Travel To Italy

 

Italy…Italy…Italy! (now if only clicking my heels while repeating that would take me back there instantly) This past summer I was thrilled to be able to cross this magnificent country off of my bucket list. I traveled to Rome, Florence, and Venice and also took a few side trips to Capri, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Burano, Murano, Pisa, and the Dolomite Mountains (the Italian Alps). Yes, it was a lot of ground to cover and my time there went by way too fast but, I wanted to see as much as I could while there so I booked some tours in and around the cities where I stayed. I highly recommend Viator  for tours when traveling; the tours were reasonably priced, organized, the meeting locations were easy to get to, and the tour operators were terrific! (I’ve put links to the tours that I took below the photos) It’s difficult to put into words just how incredibly beautiful this Country is so, I thought I would share my top 15  photos from the trip that will show you how amazing it is there.

There’s SO much more to explore in Italy and I’ll definitely be taking a trip back there very soon. One of the things I tell people when talking about this trip is that you don’t just “see” Italy…you “feel” Italy.
